Mlondi Mdluli

Mlondi Mdluli is a Senior Economic Researcher at the Centre For Risk Analysis (CRA). He is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics at the University of Reading, in the United Kingdom. His main interests include econometrics, macroeconomics, and microeconomics.

In his role at the CRA, Mlondi is responsible for formulating detailed economic research and analysis for client briefings, using various forecasting models to predict the future trends of key macroeconomic indicators, participating in client briefings and strategic engagements across South Africa and globally. He is also responsible for contributing to the writing of Risk Alerts, Client Notes, Macro Reviews and the CRA’s annual Socio-Economic Survey of South Africa.
